Technically sound and experienced personnel. They took the time to thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot my HVAC system. David continually followed up and checked on the status and performance of the repairs until I was completely satisfied. His thorough follow ups and communication insured my family stayed warm in times of extreme cold weather.

Our AC went out and we booked them to come out from Waco. The technician, Homer, came out with an assistant, Brayden?, and was training the assistant in a very professional manner. They took the time to really check everything. They were able to diagnose the issue and explain to me how to prevent the problem in the future. They also took pictures and took time to recommend additional services, and explain why we may need them without pressuring me into a costly decision. They we're honest and affordable. There was a distance fee but I will pay it again to have this quality service. They also phoned me to make sure everything was still working weeks later. Thank you so much!

My only regret is not calling them sooner. Our heater stopped working while the weather got below freezing. Within an hour a man named Bradley showed up and got right to work solving our problem. Not only did he fix our heater but he was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. Thank you David and Bradley. We will definitely use you again.

I called after hours because our AC stopped working. With in an hour & a half someone was at my residence in Hillsboro. Bradley, the Technician, didn’t hesitate to answer all of my questions, after diagnosing the problem he showed me my bill before fixing the problem. So I wasn’t surprised shocked after wards. I definitely appreciate everything they did for us. My family will definitely continue using this company!

Great service , quick and prompt service. fixed our heating issues with out any issues. Even stayed in touch days after to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend D&D to anyone needing AC/heating work.

Homer came out and got us all fixed up and our little Doh! Was handled professionally and promptly with the owner going above and beyond keeping in contact daily making sure we were taken care of. Would happily do business again thou fingers crossed nothing else breaks! You won’t be disappointed!

The service was performed at the pastor's home and all requested services were done with a high quality of work. The service tech was thorough and took his time to do a great job. He also took safety precautions for covid, took the time to explain needs and services, and was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall, very pleased with service and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Our a/c went out in our home this summer, which was not ideal. We called and they said they could come over and look to see what the problem. They let me know who was on the way and gave me information about them, which I appreciated because I couldn't be there to let them in. They had it the problem fixed about 2 hours later, maybe less. Our A/c has been running great ever since. Excellent communication and great service. Highly recommend!

They were very responsive to our loss of heat in winter. They returned our call quickly and had great follow through. Offered emergency service or the next morning. Pricing was very affordable. They even did a follow call the next day. Extremely happy with their service.
