Matt came to our home for a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough in detailing out what was needed and also what was not a major concern. I thought he was fair in his descriptions and I learned a lot about how our plumbing works and what issues to watch out for and what options to consider in order to keep things working. Alex and Kevin came out to replace our coil on our AC. Both were very professional and kind. Took the time to answer all our questions and got our AC up and running in no time. Would recommend them to anyone who needs help with there AC

Richard was a friendly guy, but did not leave me with a very easy feeling. Upon arrival he made some observations on my ac unit in my attic. He told me there was a small leak and was uncertain as to how long the compressor would hold freon. To replace the whole thing would cost onward of $9,000. So, I instructed him to just go ahead and charge the comoressor with freon. Later, he changed his story to "There's a pretty big leak" and his $605.00 work he did might not make it through the night.". He comes across to me like he can't get his facts straight. He left me feeling pretty nervous.

Alex and Kevin were great. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable and took time to explain the installation and checks they had completed. I feel confident with their quality and would absolutely recommend their service. They replaced one of the terrible Lennox units that needed to be replaced that Lennar had installed with my 5 year old home with a better Trane unit. They made a difficult situation much more pleasant which I appreciated.
