Richard with Willard Air & Plumbing was on time and very professional when he came out for a routine maintenance visit. Approachable and explained all the steps he was doing while doing them. All my questions were answered. Highly reccommend.

Eric was excellent, he was on time and very professional. Took care of my problem and made suggestions for a shield plan that we did sign up for. Best technician I have encountered in a long time.

Eric Hilton was AMAZING. He was very thorough and explained the why's and what ifs behind everything. We also had a bad carbon monoxide leak and he literally saved mine and my family's life. We have had others come out for the same repairs, and they did not catch that we had a leak. His customer service was a 10 out of 10. He took his time to make sure the job was done correctly. It was not a rush job. I would like to use Eric's service in the future! I'm 100% satisfied!

So far so good, installation scheduled for tomorrow AM. One day service for complete remove and replace of 4 ton unit inside and out. Have used this company for ten plus years and have always received excellent service with no hassles or re-trips to fix problems. Highly recommend them to all our friends and circle of influence.

We had a tankless hot water heater installed. Connor Powell was our installer. He worked tirelessly to get the job done in a timely manner. We have an old house and he had challenges! We are seniors and Connor patiently explained the install, operation and answered our questions. So far, we are pleased with the install.
