The technician that worked on an issue involving an inoperable damper in my HVAC system was named Eric. He is knowledgeable, personable, and a good diagnostician. He went above and beyond to insure that the system was operating correctly and I was extremely satisfied with the service he provided.

Tech Eric Hilton provided great consultation as to the nature of the issue we had with the central heat. He also offered various solutions to correct the problem which my wife and I are considering.
