Getting prices for a new Air Conditioner. Our current one is over 20 years old. I have used Direct Service for all of my maintenance and have been please with their service. This is a major purchase & we are still reviewing our options.

Matt performed his job in a professional manner. I bothered him throughout his work with many questions. He answered all questions as he tried to work through my interruptions. He made suggestions as to what I should do to finish the needed work. Hi followup today had a few hitches, but he handled them well. "Working"with me did hamper his work, but he handled it well. Matt should get an extra day off after his day with me.

Matt did a great job of quickly diagnosing and fixing our backed up drains. He patiently explained everything he did and how everything worked while inspecting my whole house plumbing.

Total waste of time and money. Charged me $89 for house call then wanted nearly $500 to replace a faucet. I heard some plumbers charge more than surgeons, never met one till today. Would not recommend.
