I was sold a Goodman unit 7 yrs ago by another contractor who convinced me it was a good value. After encountering several issues, he would not return my calls. Used another “big name” contractor who wasn’t much better. After getting a reference from my neighbor to use Jon and the GOAT team, I’m very pleased. The shoddy product and workmanship from the others left me having to replace the unit. Jon gave me a very fair quote on a quality brand and completed the job in a timely matter. Since meeting him, Jon and his team have responded quickly to any issues with a pleasant and respectful disposition. Always returning calls or texts promptly to address any concerns. Jon responded quickly when our air conditioner was leaking water. He came first thing in the morning and quickly addressed the problem and gave us tips on preventing the problem again. His charges were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again.
