Air Tech - Integrity Air

I had service to my system today by one of Integrity's technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general. Integrity, this guy is an asset to your company! You are lucky to have him!

Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, I called and spoke with Shelby who was incredibly pleasant and helpful. The technician Dustin, arrived when expected and very quickly fixed the problem, he was fantastic! They do not charge extra for late night service calls and provide professional workmanship.

I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out right away and fix the problem all in about an hour and a half. Beyond grateful and they have a client for life. Highly recommend!

Ace was an outstanding representative of Integrity. He was so easy to work with and extremely aware of our needs. Philip, the technician, was fast and competent in the installation. He listened to our questions, and was able to answer them all .

Great experience from my initial phone call. Service was as scheduled, on time and professional. The service tech Dylan was fantastic, answered all questions and was very thorough. The best HVAC company and people I have ever experienced. My systems are now covered by Integrity and I couldn’t be more pleased. David from Integrity Comfort Solutions came out to the house yesterday to do a seasonal check up. He was extremely friendly, professional, and honest with me. While (thankfully) we don't need anything major right now, he took the time to explain things that will likely need to be replaced in the future as well as make recommendations based on my family's needs. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them with the utmost confidence.

Huy did an excellent job diagnosing our air conditioner problems and fixing and improving our whole system. He was professional, careful, willing to explain the problems and show what he was doing to fix them. I was very impressed with the high quality of his work. I highly recommend him!

From the beginning they were the friendliest on the phone and in person. They called and confirmed the day before and sent txt message when the technician was in his way. The technician was very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I have used others in the past but this company’s name says it all. The best experience with an AC company ever. Wish I would have found them years ago.
