Robert did a good job explaining What he was doing, explaining the readings on his devices so I can understand what was going on , explaining how my heat pump fan and a c unit operates And how I can use it more efficiently to save on energy costs. He really helped me to know and appreciate his job even more. I'm really glad I found this company I wasn't expecting to receive the friendly and great service that I have received. I will use them again.

Great knowledge in what they are doing. Thanks God the system was running fine and I have recommendation of them about the outside unit hard star kit to help start the compressor and I won’t take for granted. Thank you for the service and advice.

We’ve had a difficult week. My husband just got out of hospital due to pneumonia. He is also a cancer patient. We noticed yesterday our air conditioner was not running. I called Comfort Air and they were at our house within an hour.

Jeremy was very professional and promptly fixed our unit for us. We are so appreciative of the fast service and Jeremy had our housing cooling again in no time. Thank you for the prompt response and service!

This is my go to AC rescue and has now serviced my third home. I met Robert 10 years ago when my first homes system completely froze up and had the entire system replaced. His knowledge and service was excellent so we called upon him again in our 2nd home.
He recently had to come diagnose a noisy AC in my new home. He quickly diagnosed and explained what was failing in a very professional easy to understand way. Jeremy came to replace the parts and he too was very pleasant and informative before performing and after completing the repairs. I have been absolutely pleased with every service and highly recommend them. Thanks to both Robert and now Jeremy. You guys have excellent service!!!!

I have used Quality Comfort Air to service my HVAC Systems (2). They did one complete system installation and it looks and works great. They also optimized my older unit to make it work as efficiently as possible. This included sealing up my return air which had cracks allowing dirt into my system.
Recently I replaced a roof and the next day my a/c stopped working. They discovered a roofing nail went through an a/c line. They had to cut small holes in Sheetrock to locate and repair the line. Apparently whoever installed my a/c lines when the home was built 23 years ago, strapped my a/c lines to the roof decking. Their work is neat and they clean up after they finish. I highly recommend Quality Comfort Air!

We used this company to inspect our house when we bought it a few months ago. We followed their recommendations and spent thousands getting everything up to standard. The first cold front came and we have no heat. We have frozen pipes. I called this company back out and they say they are too busy and can’t come out for a week. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Another visit, another great experience! I had a leak from my AC pipe causing the ceiling paint to fall down & Quality Comfort Air got someone out in less than 24 hours. He did an incredible job fixing the issue & getting everything put back & cleaned up.

Life Savers! Great family owned local business with people who really care and won't rip you off! Rick came out quickly and got our problem fixed. Very reliable and friendly from the office staff, Beth, to each of the repair men. They are polite and courteous too. Excellent fast service.

Beware! I was quoted a flat $450 fee for labor on what was described as a very extensive warranty part replacement. He described how they would have to disassemble the entire unit and then reassemble it, inferring hours of labor. Three days later he showed up with the part and after 45 MINUTES had completed the job. When I complained about the labor charge and asked to be billed for the appropriate time actually worked, they took the position that I had signed the quote and that is what they were charging. Period! This came after I had spent 4,000 on two separate calls in the previous month. They made the choice of a few hundred dollars over a valued (supposedly) customer. I WILl NEVER use this company again and I urge anyone considering using them to reconsider!

Have used Quality Comfort A/C for years and have their yearly maintenance package. Recommend them to anyone that asks. We all know how hard it can be to find a good A/C company in Houston. They have been great.

Called for service on Friday morning. Jeremy should up before 9:00am. Can’t ask for quicker response. He took a quick look and told me what he had found. I had used another AC repair company before. All they did before was put a bandaid on it and not even the correct bandaid. Jeremy took the time to fix my AC the correct way. I now no who to call for my AC work. Thanks again for the quick response and thanks again Jeremy for all your help.
