We hired them to replace all our ductwork. Robert and his crew did a really good job they were very thorough. He pointed out many issues that needed correction. Thier prices were fair not the least expensive but it was worth the extra dollars. Also very good communication which to me is very important. We would definitely recommend them.

Our AC system went dead on a Friday afternoon. We called Quality Comfort on the recommendation of our neighbor. We’re so glad we did! They came out within a couple of hours, checked the system and gave us the unfortunate news that it couldn’t be repaired. Normally, most companies wouldn’t be able to come out until the next working day, which in our case, was Monday. With my asthma, there was no way I could wait three days. Sean promised to come back with his crew the next day. And they kept their promise. At the appointed time, they were knocking on our door. The job took over eight hours. Sean didn’t leave until he was sure everything was running correctly. I found Sean and his crew to be professional, respectful and flexible. Our experience with Quality Comfort was wonderful and we highly recommend them.

Robert (owner) answers his phone every single time. Before i agreed to anything, during our agreement and ( just like any company that got paid ) he continued to answer the phone. Knowledgeable in his trade, his crew is also very helpful and easy to talk to. Some AC specialists will want it one way, some the other. If you give Robert an idea of what you are looking for, he will deliver.

Allen and Alonzo began the management of the project with Gustavo and the rest of the crew. We identified roadblocks such as insufficient space for additional items and how to overcome them and the next best thing.

After coming to a full conclusion, we agreed on a price and the installation went smoothly. Gustavo and the crew were very skilled in their work pushing all day on the install in my house.

Once completed they cleaned up, calibrated the system and i have not had a problem since.

Highly recommended and extremely efficient.

These people are AMAZING!! Kind, considerate & respectful; I just can’t say enough good things about them. They came to my rescue when I needed them the most! They were very kind to my circumstances and addressed my situation. I AM & will always recommend them in the future!!

Just had to call them for assistance due to a drainpan issue. Great service again. Ricky was professional and quick. Here in less than an hour on a Sunday. Customer service and care continues to be outstanding!!

I have been using this company for several years. Always a good deal, always fair, and always on time. They call to remind me every 6 months fory inspection. They recently replaced my entire system with a new solid unit...love these people. Too bad everyone is not this good at customer service.

The people at Quality Comfort Air are very reliable and treated me like a beloved family member in need. They came out quick, did not try to upsell me, and charged an extremely fair rate. Each of the guys was polite & considerate too. It was like having friends in my house instead of just contractors. They are a family owned small business that does things the right way! I will only use them going forward!

Great Service. Showed up on the designated appointment time; determined the problem and returned when they said they would with the needed parts. All the maintenance guys are nice and very helpful answering my questions. We've used Quality Comfort Air several times on our two A/C units.

I’ve had Robert install 2 separate A/C systems in different houses and these guys are the bomb! They sell and service only top quality name brand units and they go the extra mile to explain what you need and why you need it instead of trying to sell you on something you don’t need. ROBERT and his guys are extremely professional, clean up after themselves when they’re done and they’re there when they say they’re going to be there, Which in my book says everything!

First and foremost Sean was great! Very knowledgeable, professional and came within 2 hours of me calling. He identified the problems, fixed only what needed fixed and kept the cost down. I would definitely recommend him and his company and I'll be using them again when its time to replace my units. Thanks guys!
