Great service and on time. They called to remind me time for system check and Dustin showed up on time. He completed the servicing and went on to explain to me how to properly set my thermostat.

Dylan was very thorough with his analysis of our heating system as to what he found and what his suggestions were. He was able answer all of my questions in a "professionally technical" manor. Very professional and personable.

I have used these same folks for over 9 years. They are very reliable and respectful. The service technicians are always on time and perform their work in a professional manner. They are very knowledgeable professional and courteous. I love having them in my home!

Our service man was wonderful and showed so much compassion for what we are going through. I told him I was a recent widow. We talked a moment about that and he left me feeling that I was ok. Then he gave me the bad news about my central heat. I swear I saw the sadness in his eyes at this terrible news. I would highly recommend Integrity Air to my friends and family.

I have a 29 year old unit that needed to be cleaned. Caleb could have said I needed a new unit since it was so old but mine was still working fine. I appreciate that he did not take advantage of a new customer, and when I get ready to buy a new one, I will go to this company.
