Charged extra on the invoice compared to what was quoted. When I called for service the dispatcher told me $55 for a trip charge and $110 per hour for service but I was charged $75 as trip charges and $135 per hour service charges. This is not a fair practice. I am business owner and know how important it is to be transparent to the customer. My advise to anyone using them is to act a written quote before you call them for service
Integrity Comfort Solutions has a very big heart. Their goal is to care about and help everyone with their HVAC needs on an individual basis. They give you the facts, you can put a band aid on your system or they will put in a new system in one day. Awesome, polite, trustworthy people. Their word is their bond.
Just when I thought Intergrity couldn't do any better, a long comes Tanner Wilson to do my winter inspection. Very personable, knowledgeable, and eager to answer and explain all things. He stands for Integrity Comfort HVAC and I will be requesting him for my service tech. Billy came out today for my Spring maintenance inspection. As always with Integrity Comfort Solutions he knock it out of the park in all things that count. Told me my carbon filter had a good 6 months left in it. Complimented me several times on my awesome updated system we bought from them in June 2016. This company is all about Integrity. Have a 5 year service contract with them. All employees have been very polite and helpful. Keep it up.
AUSTIN was wonderful! I’m so glad I called this company to fix my AC. He showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. He consulted with me on everything and fixed my unit promptly! THANK YOU AUSTIN!!!.....very competitive pricing as well!!!
The team did a good job, neat, clean, polite. They answered any questions we had and explained whatever we asked. The job went smoothly until a mishap. One of the installers slipped and his foot went through the ceiling. They apologized over and over. They contacted their office to let them know what happened and took pictures as necessary. We were contacted later in the evening by the company Integrity uses for repairs. Due to our schedule, the repairs are to take place tomorrow.

I had a car one time, that when I took it in for a simple oil change, they were constantly trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of additional work - it got very old. My systems under warranty, and I bought your yearly protection package, I shouldn't have to listen to constant up-selling every time you come out.

If you sell a product and have an office please have someone that can speak with potential clients. Everything does not require a home visit and wasting everyone's time.

My Service Technician, David Weems, was quick, understanding and helpful with recommendations. He was courteous and respectful to myself and my home. These are the servicemen(women) that you prefer in your home. I'm very happy with this company after working with many "home improvement/service" companies in the past.
Called at 5am on a Sunday and a real person answered the phone. Yes a real person! They made an appointment for Sunday morning at 8am. Yes Sunday at 8 am! Dustin was here at 8am. We thought we were going to be without air conditioning for a day or two but Dustin fixed the problem in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and you can beat the service! Doesn't get better than this!
Very very nice. My air conditioner was leaking in a rental property and I live pit of state. Called them at 8pm and they came over. It was ascertained that I needed a new unit. I got a bid from them and they were more than double than the other 5 bids I acquired. Also when I started questioning the tech via texts about things he got a bit testy with me. They seem honest but way to expensive.
When your air goes out in the Texas heat you are looking to get someone out to you ASAP. After calling four other companies this one was able to get someone out to me in a couple hours... turns out it was not worth the quick service. After the technician checked everything out he told me what part needed to be replaced and that it would be $300 (just for the part itself, not anything about the labor) Me knowing nothing about A/C assumed this was correct and signed off on it. Once he finished the service he left the box for the part he said he replaced. My husband looked it up and it’s only a $10 part! I wasn’t sent an invoice, I had to call for one, and once we got it we saw that he listed a completely different model part! We reached out to clarify and sent photos of the box he left and they weren’t going to do anything about it. My husband went and left a negative review and then the next day a new manager called saying they looked everything over again and realized they did bill us incorrectly... Why did it take a negative review in order to get them to own up to their mistake???
