I had my air conditioning and heater replaced today by INDOOR air technologies. Geoff and Ed did an amazing job. They were here on time and were very professional. They wore shoe guards. They went over everything with me to make sure I understood how to use the new system. It is so quiet I keep checking that it’s on. I highly recommend this company.

During routine A/C maintenance, capacitor was found to be minimally functional, too weak to start fan. Tech, Roland Day, showed me exactly what the problem was. He was able to replace faulty part on the spot and discount the service charge since the issue was identified during routine maintenance. I give high marks to Roland and Indoor Air Tech.

My AC stopped working at the end of June. I work from home so being without AC is a nightmare. I called at 8:30 am and they were able to have a technician to my home the same day. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, the technician found the issue quickly, explained what was needed to fix it, and patiently answered all of my questions very thoroughly. These folks have more than earned my 5 stars (I wish I could give them 6!)

I have loved this company for 30 years. They have never disappointed and did not today. Came out within hours of my call, Roland is extremely professional and gracious, he fixed the problem and they are following up next week. I would not think of using another company. Sam and Dennis run this company like you are part of their family. Well done to Roland and Indoor Air Tecnologies!

Roland was professional and courteous and took the time to walk me through each aspect of the AC repair. There were no hidden fees or charges and he provided great recommendations on how to use our system most efficiently this summer. I'll be using Indoor Air Technologies for any future HVAC needs due to my experience with Roland and the rest of the scheduling staff.

Tech Ryan Moore and his 2 trainees were very courteous and professional performing the duties of repairing our a/c system. They explained all issues that we had. Ryan was thorough in explaining the complete system. It was a pleasure working with him.

The three installers arrived on time, and introduced themselves to me. They were respectful of me and my property, explaining what they were doing and what progress was being made. They helped me set up the thermostat app, and made sure that I understood how it worked. They were respectful, friendly, and polite whenever we spoke, and answered my questions quickly. Cleaning up afterwards was done thoroughly and well. Thank you for sending such great installers.

Matt quickly identified the problem and replaced the part. He then walked through the house checking the vents to make sure the system was running properly. Polite, knowledgeable and thorough.

The team was very professional and efficient in installing heating/air-conditioning and a water heater. They Finished early and were very tidy. Excellent experience

Indoor Air's technician, Matt Petonic, was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems with our mini split AC system, explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions. We decided that given the age of our system we would rather purchase a new one. Matt set up an appointment for the very next day to get us a quote on a new system and also made us aware of a PSE&G financing program we might be interested in.
