They replaced our oil boiler for our baseboard heat with a new gas boiler. They also installed a whole house generator and put together a package with a great electrician get everything up and running, and switch out our 100 amp service to 200 amp.

This was a big job as it involved us switching from oil to gas heat as the winter was quickly setting in, as well as installing a whole-house backup generator and new electrical service. Our old boiler was broken so we couldn't have heat until the gas conversion was completed. Indoor Air Technologies had to keep sending people out to my house to do work as soon as the gas company (who took their sweet time as I warned they would) decided to finally do the things they promised in order get us a working gas line to the house. Knowing I had no heat, they always made me a priority when we were ready for the next step in installation, especially with the boiler. They provide name brand, quality products and their pricing was extremely reasonable. With a gas conversion, things happen in phases, so they were at my house a lot, and I got to know some of the guys that work for them. They were all very polite and extremely helpful. They worked hard and past 5:00 on several occasions to get me up and running. From the first consultation until after final inspection when they sent someone to my house separately, just to make sure we knew how everything works with the boiler and the generator, they were a pleasure to work with. They always did their best to work with us on timing and price. I'm very satisfied with Indoor Air Technologies!

Indoor Air Technologies might be the the best company I have used. They arrive on time or call you if that changes. Their office staff are friendly and easy to deal with. Their technical staff are also friendly, knowledgeble and courteous. They are honest and upfront. They will not do work that they think is not the best use of your money. They care about their installations and how it is executed. You will not be dissapointed. The heater and central AC they installed worked flawlessly for15 years. When I called for service for the first time in 15 years, they honored me as a prior customer to expedite a service call. Thank you Sam, Mary Lou, Wendy, and the rest of the hand picked team.

I have had Gabriel to my house twice and both times he has done a great job. He found a problem in my air conditioner that another company did not. I was still under warranty so it didn't cost me anything for the repair. He is smart, efficient and thorough. I really appreciate that he always has his shoe covers and he takes time to answer all my questions. He taught me a better way to change my filter which was really helpful.

We had our heating and A/C units replaced in the winter- the whole experience of working with Dennis and his team at Indoor Air Technologies was very pleasant. Dennis impressed us at the first meeting - with his through knowledge of HVAC systems and industry trends He went the extra mile to help address some heat distribution problems we have experienced in our house with our old system. Our home is finally comfortable !!
It's been a few months, and they have already been back to to a health check and service our units for the summer. My husband and I strongly recommend this very knowledgeable and honestly priced service company. Hands down - they are the Best in our area !
