I had gotten a snake stuck in a drain that runs under my foundation. They came out right away to fix the issue. They unclogged the drain that I was trying to snake out AND remove the stuck snake. Doug and his team were absolutely amazing. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and walked me through everything every step of the way. This is now the 3rd time I've called Sheerkahn Services for a plumbing/gas line related item and I will continue to use them. They've gained a loyal client. Thank you Doug and Gina!

We contacted Sheerkahn to repair a shower. They told us the entire shower would need to be replaced and collected a check deposit for half the cost. Although the check was cashed, they did not return to complete the work. They did not issue a refund and we were unable to contact them. We called another plumber who determined a much simpler and less expensive fix was all that was needed. We are very disappointed that Sheerkahn proposed the wrong fix, never showed up to do the work, and did not refund our deposit.

NO SERVICE AFTER THE INSTALLATION. Very disappointed. They installed a central air conditioning unit. Worked for the first two months during the spring season. Then on the first hot day of the season it stopped working. Tried to call but no answer. No one is at the offices to respond to the phone call. Tried to leave message but the voice mail box is full and not accepting messages.
Now I have a $10,000 debt on a machine that I need to have repaired.
What a bunch of crooks. Beware of them....

I had an electrical problem in my home that just couldn't seem to get fixed. After using 2 other electrical companies, I called Sheerkahn, and they finally fixed my issues. They were able to locate the problem quickly, and also provided me with a great price. I wish I called them first. Not only is everything fixed now, but the electrician was extremely helpful and customer friendly. I love their services and if I ever have another electrical problem or a plumbing or HVAC issue, I'm calling them first. I highly recommend using Sheerkahn Services.

I have had a very positive experience dealing with Dave, from Sheerkahn Services. He is very punctual and takes real interest in what is needed. His estimates are very fair as well.
I used the services for changing light fixtures on high ceiling and Dave gave excellent service. I will highly recommend this company. Dave is very cordial and pleasant and it has been a pleasure to do business with him.

We had a great experience with our tub and toilet replacements. Pricing was fair, service was excellent. Appointment scheduling was easy and friendly, plumbers were on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing services.

To start things off the tech showed up 40 minutes late without even a courtesy call making me aware of this. He seemed like a nice guy and I am sure he was knowledgeable but he did nothing beyond opening up a box, looking at some wires and telling me what he thought might be wrong. I have a home warranty so he was there because Sheerkahn is one of their "preferred vendors". I wasn't impressed. He opened the box and found that the problem was something a little beyond the scope of what my warranty company was going to pay him for so he just gave up. I own a service business and I always go above and beyond. I own a pest control business and I have even fixed people's toilets that were running because I didn't want to see them get beat over the head by a plumber. Sometimes you just have to go that extra mile to get people to be happy about the experience with your company. I wish I could add a picture because you would laugh if you were to see how he left the triple switch box when he was finished. All three switches are completely pulled out and just dangling outside the box on the wall. He told me right away that he would have to trace the wires and that could take from 5 minutes to a couple hours. It's one circuit so I am sure it wouldn't take hours. He was more worried about getting me to spend more money than he was with helping me out. He told me this dramatic story about how he would have to take out every receptacle and trace all of the wires and see if there was a break or something not connected correctly. I spoke to a girl friend of mine that is a union electrician and she told me that all he had to do was use a receptacle tester and check each one to see what was wrong. She said it would take about 5 minutes to test all of the receptacles on the circuit. I bought one and did it myself and I think I did it in three minutes. I am sure he will look at this post and think that he was right but I look at it from a consumer standpoint on the things you should do to make people remember your company. I remember them because their tech left my switches dangling on the wall and because he was just trying to duck extra work so he could get out of my house faster. I wouldn't consider using this company again even if my warranty company wanted to send them back. I do every service for my company just hoping customers will leave a review because I always give good service and I am sure of it. By the way, I am not saying this is a bad company but unfortunately your company is remembered because of the experience with the tech you use.

Sheerkahn was assigned to a home warranty claim for an electrical issue I had. The issue included burning wires due to an overloaded circuit. The wiring, as well as the insulation, in my attic was black and burnt. The mechanic that came out to look at the job told me, and his supervisors, that the wiring was not burnt, but painted black. They refused to fix any wiring issue. I made multiple phone calls and requests to Sheerkahn to come back out and fix the problem but they continuously refused to return my phone calls. I had another contractor come out, on my own dime, confirmed the burnt wiring, found the faulty wiring causing the overloaded circuit, and fixed it. Sheerkahn left my home with faulty wiring that could have caused a fire in my home and told me "it is fine." I wouldn't recommend them to a single person and I will refuse any service from them if my home warranty company assigns them to me again.

Engaged Sheekahn Services, LLC to clear a clogged sewer line. They were prompt and communicated very well during the scheduling and when the work was performed. The technician, Joe Lacle, arrived right on time. He assessed the problem and performed the work professionally and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Joe, and Sheerkan Services, LLC, and will use them in the future for any plumbing work at my home.

My heater stopped working in the peak of winter. Got it fixed by them in 2 days. Everyone in the company was helpful , kept me informed about the latest status, working with my home warranty company, pushing paperwork. Great job!!!. Thank you Laura and sheerkhan team!!!
