The team who came out was excellent. They were thorough even though we only needed a simple job done, made sure I understood the things they were fixing and why they were important, and even answered some initial questions about a larger project that we were considering. They were friendly, respectful of our home and space and I would recommend them.

Chris came out to our house on a Sunday evening, when our AC unit stopped working. He was extremely professional and diligent in his diagnosis of the problem. He took the time to explain and show me what was wrong and how he was going to correct it. Home Allegiance has become my new go-to HVAC company for all my needs. Do not hesitate to call them, you will be thoroughly impressed!

Home Allegiance has been very responsive for all my HVAC needs for the last 8 months. Finally had to pull the trigger to replace my 27 year old unit replaced. From quote to install, the process was quick. Always the professional. Highly recommend.

Chris was amazing. Showed up promptly when he said he would and thoroughly checked our system (we have one room that heats up significantly more than all of the others on a hot day). He identified some closed valves and suggested some cheap tweaks before resorting to any drastic/expensive measures. In fact, I had to ask him about any maintenance contracts they offer, which I appreciated because he clearly wasn't trying to upsell me on anything.

Chris and Sal are the best around. Our AC broke on a hot day over the summer, and everywhere else we called had a week wait. We found Chris from a Facebook group recommendation, and we couldn't be happier. Chris showed up the very next day. He is competent, respectful, and did a great job with the repair at a reasonable price, and we were up and running again within a few hours.

He even wears those shoe cover things to avoid tracking mud in the home...a small thing but shows their attention to detail. Chris went above and beyond...we have and old house with some nonstandard installation separate from the part that broke, and he offered to call the township on our behalf to see what could be done to bring it up to code, even though that was not the focus of the repair. He even hands out free air fresheners as a goodie :)

Chris is also a genuinely nice and pleasant guy to work with, and is a veteran as well, which I deeply respect. Will use them for all of our HVAC needs.

Our AC went out and we had someone there the same afternoon. Chris & team were super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Chris demonstrated excellent knowledge and expertise, replacing my capacitor and gas for my cooling system with precision and skill. What's more, he took the time to explain how every piece of the cooling system works, offering valuable advice and recommendations along the way. I truly appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend his services.
