Indoor Air Technologies was a great decision. We have a small house on the beach. The owner came out and did a full assessment, walked me through the permits we would need, helped decide which unit made sense to use. We also had to put the 2 ton compressor 8' high due to possible flooding. They were able to complete the task in less than a day. It is being held with hurricane brackets. They were respectful of the home, putting runners down on the floors while working inside and outside. The price was great and they answer the phone when called. They were grateful and respectful from the tech to the owner. I completely will use them again and start a service contract for our heating as well!

We entered into a contract with them a few years ago in Ewing, NJ and had a couple of service calls aside from the routine maintenance schedule covered by our agreement. The techs never leave anything to chance when it comes to potential issues they observe. I appreciate the thorough explanation along with the common sense approach when repairs are needed.

Roland did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our AC, which broke down during a heatwave. He cared about our comfort and created a temporary fix and is making every effort to get the parts for the permanent fix.

Used Indoor Air Technologies for the first time in June
on a hot evening when my air stopped working. My husband had just been discharged from the hospital and needed to be kept comfortable. A technician answered my call and arrived within an hour, He was clean wearing a mask and booties, efficient, and courteous. My AC was working well when he left and he informed me that another part would be replaced in a few days. When the other part was installed, the new technician provided exemplary and professional service as well. Great company and great response!
