Indoor Air team in Robbinsville is our go to partner for our home AC/Heating needs. They consistently improved over the years on their team and responsiveness with their technicians. We started with them over 6yrs ago and have been satisfied with Sam's, Dennis and Roland's knowledge and guidance on maintaining our systems and improving air quality.

The company charged me $512 to diagnose AC unit, saying the technician spent 1.5 hours on diagnosis at-site when actually he only spent 15 minutes. While they acknowledged later that the technician was driving around the rest of time picking up his kids, they have refused to refund me for the over-charge. Also need to note that the diagnosis was incorrect. Will never use them again.

Have been using Indoor Air technologies since 2016. They are responsive, understanding to the people who have no idea about heating and air conditioning. They try to diagnose you by telephone before coming out and charging a fee. Service is outstanding, would highly recommend

Service Technicians reviewed options to repair thermostat issue with me. Once the new the new thermostat was installed, they thoroughly explained its functions, then tested to ensure it was working properly. They were very professional in their demeanor and left my home as neat as it was before they began work

I had several companied provide a quote to replace my still working 35 year old 3 ton and 4 ton AC units and air handlers. Your quote was midrange but your presentation was professional with no hard sell. Your company arranged easy financing. Your team arrived on time and your lead tech kept me informed of what was to happen each day and summarized each days progress before leaving. Care was taken to ensure a clean job. Your entire team worked cooperatively from start to finish with enthusiasm. Your employees obviously like where they work. The township completed inspections this week and we are very happy to work with Indoor Air Tech. I highly recommend your company.

Your crew Nick, Jesus, Mark & (Sorry I forgot the other gentleman’s name) did an IMPECCABLE job despite the ongoing torrential rains (outside, not in my basement)! Crew arrived on time. They worked non-stop. Addressed some questions during the install. Cleaned up after themselves & hauled away the antiquated equipment.

PS... Thank You SO MUCH for loaning us window AC units while our central AC was out of commission... made the month of June bearable!

Roland provided first class service and solved thermostat problem. Excellent result!

We called at 8pm last night and left a vm. We received a call back within 30 mins. We scheduled an appointment for the next day to see why our central air unit was not working. The tech arrived 30 mins earlier than the window given. He immediately found the issue, explained the fix and the cost. Repair was done efficiently. Chris was very nice and respectful of our property. In conclusion, within 40 mins, I had my a/c back which was important since I work from home! Great experience with Indoor Air, I highly recommend them.
