My AC wasn’t cooling and my house was 88 degrees with two kids under 2 years old in the house. They send a tech, Albert, within the hour. He was very professional and replaced our capacitor in under 30 min. Thank y’all!

Albert was there within an hour. He explained every step he was doing. He preferred my husband watch him work. He showed my husband the price list. $220 to replace a bad capacitor within an hour of it going out. It was also a 100 degrees outside.

Worst service: first tech did not make all the checks when visiting my home. Will not return calls to let you know when you appointment for warranty service is going to be . Definitely not reliable.

Quick, professional response. Excellent quality & value. Noticed A/C water overflow drip. Called them after 7PM and scheduled service for next morning. In one hour, primary drip line cleaned from attic through lower sink trap and beyond. Pan water vacuumed. All cleaned up. Stephen was very professional!

Hands down the best AC company in South Texas. Reliable, honest and trustworthy. I absolutely feel Henry is telling the truth and not trying to just sell me something I don’t need. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service this morning from Albert. Super friendly, arrived on time and gave me the facts. Didn’t try to play up any malfunctions or tell me I needed any work that wouldn’t benefit me. This is my first experience but this seems like a very honest company and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Quick service and very knowledgeable technicians that explain the issues the unit is having. It would've been 5 stars, but I was charged more than initially told when I called and I never received an invoice.
