**UPDATE**: BUYER BEWARE don't get ripped off! Minus 2🌟 Serviced 1 HVAC with 9lbs freon but was not required as checked by Champion AC. Recommend? NO..way! Too many other companies in San Antonio with integrity.

Annual furnace tuneup performed. Mary and Cassie were very pleasant, quick service and professional on the phone. Made appointment online Tues morning and they had me scheduled for Wednesday. Quick!

Senior Technician John came out and performed both services. At first he informed me it would be extra since its for two units. I assured him this was previously coordinated with Cassie along with my military discount. I was expecting the technician to wear booties throughout. He did not and I didn't request. This was on their web site.

The entire service took about 3 hours. The condenser/compressor unit was rinsed, a few wires checked, blower unit inspected, but the A/C coils inside the home were not washed. It just seems its something the homeowner can do by watching a You Tube video. Keep your money.

Discovered one unit was very low on freon. He didn't charge the normal price. Original bill should have been $59 with military discount but turned into $211.

Big question. Would I recommend...NO! For the level of service I will be doing the next maintenance myself.

Mary at Texas Air Masters has consistently given us supreme customer service, for years now. Rico, our technician, thoroughly explained our AC issue and resolved it quickly. A few months ago, we had our entire downstairs AC/furnace replaced (it was very old - original to the house). The work was done quickly, and at an excellent price (we had several estimates from other companies, and had researched it, so we knew). Great company: trustworthy, fast customer service, and a fair price!

Texas Air Masters is truly exceeded our expectations . The service was seamless start to finish. Jacob came out to assess our job. He gave is a very fair estimate and did not try to up-sell. He gave suggestions for things we could do to make our cooling more efficient - extra vents etc. Mary, the owner, followed up with a call to answer any questions we may have. The installation went smooth. The team was polite, efficient, hardworking, tidy. It was a huge positive for us that the job was complete before out of town guests arrived. I cannot say enough good words for this company. In today’s world where great service is rare, Texas Air Masters” is a “jewel!

Let me start off by saying thank you. Your AC tech, Rico is the man! Not only did he solve my AC problem in one day, he took his time and explained what was going on during the process. That kind of customer service is the reason why I will continue to recommend your company. Texas Air Masters? You're darn right they are.

I had a small problem at first with my AC unit at home, in the beginning I used the service that my Home Warranty provided, but because Home Warranty companies always use limit what repair companies can do and how they do it, my small problem turned into a huge problem.

After going through 4 different repair companies with my Home Warranty I decided to cancel their service and work directly with a repair company.

As a disabled veteran I like to look for companies that are veteran owned for any kind of service, I strongly believe that we have to help each other, so I found TEXAS AIR MASTERS.

From the moment the technician (John) started working on my AC unit I new that I had made the perfect choice. John was extremely thorough with his repairs and outstandingly professional, while taking the time to patiently explain the whole process to me step by step. Thanks to that he was able to locate all the damage that the other 4 companies had cause for not being able to perform their work properly. His dedication to his work speaks highly of him and TEXAS AIR MASTERS.

In par with their outstanding service are their prices and the time on which they operate. They have the perfect system where it gives the customer several options to choose from based on financial needs, which as a disabled veteran was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated.

The work needed to repair my AC unit required a couple of technician, and as I suspected, the 2 that came to assist (Chris) and (Rico) were just as professional and dedicated as John.

All the way around TEXAS AIR MASTERS is a company I HIGHLY recommend to everyone that wants to get an Honest and Professional job done.

I recently had a tune up of my air conditioner. I was very pleased with the service provided by Mike. He was very professional and courteous, and made sure that everything was in good working order. He even showed me how to replace the batteries in my thermostat! Thanks! (it needed it!) In all, the tune up took a little over an hour. He also took some time to make a few recommendations. I will use this company again before winter so they can check up on my heater so I don't freeze! I'm happy to freeze now in the summer though. :) I've already told my family and co-workers and friends about Texas Air Masters! Thank you for your service, and see you again!

The people at Texas Air Masters could not have been better in their service. I actually had another AC company (that was 4 hours late) come to my home today; supposedly to do a tune-up and they left a lot to be desired. So, I called Texas Air Masters and they were professional, on time, and the Texas Air Masters technician invited me to watch everything he was doing on the service. I was extremely impressed and very grateful to find a company that is striving to do a tremendous job. I will recommend Texas Air Masters to all of my friends and family!

My a/c system was broken, ( lost all my freon, and the main valve broke) was told by 2 of their competitors that a new system was going to be over 10,000.0 . These guys not only beat them by alot ,they had my NEW system installed in 7 hrs. And that was the next day after they came out for an estimate! Not only will I be using Texas Air Masters from now on, but i will be highly recommend them to all that I know. Courteous salesman,employees, and operator. They were professional in their services, and answered all questions satisfactorily kuddos to you Texas Air Masters, you have earned a lifelong customer!!!

I called late last night (9pm) that my AC unit wasn't working. My call was answered quickly and professionally. They had a technician out at my home by 9am the next morning (well within the time window estimate of 8-10am). Rico fixed my AC unit quickly (paid and out the door by 10:30am) - and in this time of a pandemic he (and I) wore a mask the whole time. He also wore boot covers to protect my floors. He was friendly, educational, and professional. This is the second time we've had them out to repair our machine in the last year and a half (older unit) and we're consistently pleased with the prices, but even more importantly, with the service. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation.

I am writing to inform you of the amazing employees you have at Texas Air Masters! Jon and the crew of men that worked in our home in October were stellar. From the moment Jon walked into our home it was apparent we were dealing with a true professional. His knowledge and sound opinion was a pleasure to experience after the other companies we had suffered through prior to contacting Texas Air Masters.

The crew that came into our home to install two completely new ac/furnace units was great! Each one demonstrated the same professional attitude that Jon exhibited and did an absolutely first rate job with the installation and clean up. A pay raise and a Christmas bonus should definitely be given to all of the fine pros that were part of the entire process from start to finish.

Again I cannot say enough positive things about Jon. Texas Air Masters is blessed to have such a talented and skilled employee. I will be recommending Texas Air Masters to everyone. Thank you for being one of the good companies amongst all of the terrible ones!
