Amazingly fast service. My AC went out on a Sunday, I put a call in at 10:30am, got told the respond time would be 12-2, they were out right before 12 and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour.

We had Mr Victor come to our house, as our AC was blowing warm air. He came same day, and did a really good job. He communicated through the whole experience, letting me know what time he was arriving, what he was going to do, the issues he found, how he would fix, etc. The price was fair for what he did for us, we will definitely continue to use AC American Air going forward.

Victor is awesome! We have an older unit and have had to had a few parts replaced over the years. He's always willing to make himself available, even in the late hours of the night. He explains everything thoroughly and will never try to make you replace something that doesn't absolutely need to. A+ service, A+ guy!

My moms ac went out so we called a couple of companies. We were told we needed to replace the whole system. I reached out to American AC and they said they could out for free that same day.
