I was forced to use them cause my house was under warranty. The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. They also said they didnt have the part for my AC, and I had no AC for a month. Finally I threatened legal action and they were there the next day to fix it. So basically they just lied.

This company is who Braustin Homes in SA is associated with and therefore I was referred to them with AC unit issues. In every way you'd think they're on top of their service. I scheduled the first appointment after a week of attempting to reach them. They NO SHOWED with no kind of notification nor follow up. I called and politely inquired about the issue again and was told by the receptionist that she could not get ahold of the employee assigned to the visit so she kindly rescheduled me for a week out. They called the day before my second appointment stating they were in my area & would like to stop by that day, but of course they never showed up. I waited for the actual day of the second appointment and once again, they NO SHOWED. I called to inquire about the issue and was never given a legitimate solution or problem to them not holding to their set appointments. The receptionist told me that it was best I find someone closer because they were short handed. This comes to show they're major lack of communication and customer service because as a teacher I had to request 2 days off of work to accommodate to their schedule. I expressed my concerns and the receptionist pretty much wasted my time on my requested days off. I'm utterly disappointed that Braustin, an amazing company, does any sort of business with them. Then again, many of the reviews aside from this one speak for themselves. So much for a first impression. Thank you.

Well I purchased a home over a year ago and recently started getting error messages on my thermostat. I finally received information from the company I purchased my home from which was name of the AC provider whom the AC was purchased from. They said I had a 10 year warranty for parts and labor. So hesitantly called expecting a battle or the run around but I was completely wrong. The receptionist I spoke to was kind and showed she cared. I was booked an appointment within a week. The technician came out this past Monday and thoroughly checked my unit. He found the problem, corrected the issue and more important was very professional. I'm glad to have my warranty with this company. Keep up the good work A.C. State Air. Thank you for help.

Great AC company to work with!
Have been using them for several years now, Mike and Matt have both been fantastic to work with. I have used ACSA for my personal residence the one time it went out and they were able to get the AC running again in less than 20 minutes. More importantly I've sent them numerous times to my different rental units and the tenants always text me back "thanks for getting the AC fixed so fast." I trust them to work honestly in these rental houses without even needing to be there, saves me time and piece of mind.
The only complete unit I've had them install new has had no service issues as expected (going on 3 years now.)
Highly recommend.

Absolute horrible company. Bad communication and total lack of professionalism. I had to call to get a service scheduled because they never called me back to schedule it. Then they said they would be there the next day to fix it. That day came and no one showed up. So I called (of course because they didn’t have the decency to call me). Turns out they couldn’t make it that day and they would have to come fix my AC the day after. So I’m waiting all day the next day and.... you guessed it! No one showed up again! Best part is, the guy who was supposed to come fix my AC with no flow in the middle of summer, is the owner’s son, Matt. So he tells me he is stuck in traffic and he will be there eventually. It’s now nighttime and he never came. So I call him he rescheduled for 2 days later. That day was yesterday and he never showed up. I’m still trying to get my AC fixed. I talked to receptionist, left voicemails for the boss, and no one can help me. Seriously don’t work with these people.

Was given the name of this Company through our home warranty. The first time I called in the lady hung up on me, tried calling back and no answer. Called back from another number and she answered the phone. I point blank asked her if she hung up and me and she said "yes, we don't work with that company anymore" Don't you think the professional thing would of been to tell me that to begin with and not hang up. So unprofessional and she was extremely rude, said they don't work on Mobile Homes, I don't have a Mobile Home!?!? Wonder how businesses like this stay in business? Beware of this company.

We moved into our home 4 days ago.. got our ac installed 3 days ago.. yesterday about 2pm the air started to get warmer. Come 7pm the air was just blowing, no cool to it at all. I have a 6 month old baby in a house that’s over 80 degrees. I called and left a message. Will update later, for now not happy at all.

Having interacted with ACSA for the first time a few weeks back, I feel compelled to write about my experience. I'm a new homeowner in the San Antonio area and am looking for a good team of people for each problem that comes along with being a homeowner. After being referred to ACSA from several friends, I called and had a pleasant experience from first contact. My appointment for a spring check up was easily scheduled, and Matt showed up promptly on time for his work. He took the time to explain to me what he was looking at, why and what I can do to keep the central air unit at its peak on my own since it is now almost 18 years old. Professional, courteous and honest from all parts of their operations. I'd highly recommend ACSA to any of my friends and family!

My wife and I bought a home in San Antonio two years ago. When our old air conditioning unit stopped working, Mike from ACSA walked us through our options and was very patient and professional. He quoted us a price that was several thousand dollars less than what we had been quoted from another AC provider in the area. We had ACSA install the new unit and my wife and I are very happy with our purchase. We refer all of our friends and family to ACSA!

I've been using A C State Air for 9 years now and they have always been very professional and extremely competent. Because my systems are older they are breaking down regularly. WIth the help of ACS I have been able to keep them going at a reasonable cost and save the giant expense of a new unit.
