A C State Air Inc

Had an appt yesterday before noon. Had to call to find out they were running late. Had to call again at 3:30 to find out there was 1 more house before ours. 6:15 No show and office is closed.
Now it's Saturday, website says they are open but no one answering phone. After 8 years of great service, this is how they are now treating their customers

Still waiting on a part I'm going on the 3rd weekend without a/c. They don't call give updates and when I call they don't know anything just make excuses.

They came out when they were supposed to, the only company to actually assess the issue and come up with a permanent solution!!! I highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone!!

They installed a new ac unit inside and out and ive had problems with it since day one.

I worked for this company for 2 yrs..there cold they have no heart for there employees they just care bout there money ..they don't care bout anybody but themselves.
