Texas Air Repair had been great in the past. 5 star service.

But over the past 2 months I have repeatedly had to call and try to get service for an issue with my AC. (Dual zone system not communicating; have to use single zone's thermostat to be temperature throughout home.) Initially, the rep answering the phone would reply that they did not have a Houston rep. I called back a month later and they said the same. The last week I've called almost daily and no one answers nor responds to vmail.

Not sure what has happened to this company. I used to really like their customer service.

Quick to respond. Our AC was mis-wired and acting funky. He stayed extra time, troubleshooted the issue, re -wired everything. Super affordable compared to other quotes. Talked me through exactly what the issue was and how he fixed. Also tuned up my compressor and AC lines while on site. Very impressed with the price and how he coached me through the issue.

Our technician Albert gave us a lot of good information about replacing our A/C unit. Of the 3 vendors we spoke with Texas Air offered us the best deal. It was installed one week later by Carlos and his co-worker who worked very hard to get the work done. They were very professional and we were very happy with the results. Albert came out to check things over and they arranged to have the city inspect it too. Albert also told us about the CPS rebate. I highly recommend Albert, Carlos and Texas Air.

We have been trying to have someone to come out to check our outside unit. It finally stopped working Friday night. Afraid to call someone on a weekend due to cost, We had a family friend to look at it, BAD choice. So we made a emergency Saturday morning call, And to our surprise we received fast service at a reasonable price.

Highly recommend Texas Air Repair. 7 pm in July and 80 degrees in the house with a 3 month old. Called and they had a technician (Steven G) out within an hour and a half. Very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and work that Steven put into get our A/C back up and cooling quickly. This will be our go to company for A/C.

We've been with this company since they first opened and they have taken care of all our AC needs including new duct work. Nothing has changed, they are still amazing even now that they have lots of clients. I've reviewed them many times because I'm so happy with the level of service we receive each time. This time Steven took care of us and he went above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this company! They are the best!!

First and foremost I want to thanks the exceptional technicians that diagnosed our initial problems and installed our new home HVAC system. Steven was great on the initial visit, and Robert, Bobby, TJ, and Carlos were incredibly professional throughout the installation that happened the following weekend.

Our AC unit was having problems and while it still was somewhat functioning, we were tired of the hotspots in the house, the leaks, and the lack of features our old system had. Regrettably, Texas Air Repair was NOT the first company we called. After receiving an absurd quote from this unnamed company, I called Texas Air Repair. They had Steven come out the same day. Without telling him the other company's quote from earlier that day, he quoted me a (5 ton, 20 SEER, Variable) system that was a fraction of the cost of the other company's ambiguous quote. He had their installers here within two days and the installation went fantastic. They were all incredibly professional and I can't recommend this company enough.

Texas Air Repair has an amazing service. I called them cause out regular ac company let us down more then once. They would say they are coming and never show up and didn't call us to let us know. And when I called they wouldn't answer or say they forgot.... so I saw online that Texas Air Repair had a five star rating. They really deserve it. Our tech Roy was amazing. Very professional, honest and willing to help us. They show up when they say they will and get the work done. Thank you so much Roy for everything u did for us! We truly appreciate it.

Called on a hot Saturday and Richard was out in a couple of hours. DIDN'T Charge extra for coming out to my business on a Saturday...YES YOU READ RIGHT! Fixed my AC promptly and at a great price. He was honest, helpful, friendly and didn't try to convince me to buy a new unit or spend a ton of money on stuff I didn't need. He just fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me some good tips on preventative maintenance. I have used Texas Air Repair at both my home and business and each and every time they have been awesome! Can't say enough great things about this locally owned & operated small business.

Just had these guys out for an after hour service. It ended up being something really simple, but alias the A/C worked again! My wife spoke with Henry (owner) when we were having issues with another company honoring our warranty or even coming out for repair. He was super helpful and sent a technician out.

Albert came out for repair and he was awesome. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went through several other checks to be sure that that was our only issue. He not only fixed the problem but explained what the issue was if it was to ever occur again.

Price was very fare for after hours. If you are in a bind, call these guys.
