Melanie was very efficient, courteous, and friendly, and also very informative. She explained everything as she did it, and then some! I learned several new things from her today as she shared her knowledge and reccomendations. She was great and I appreciate the education! We feel very comfortable with her and would be quite happy to request her for our next maintenance appointment!

Called business to get a quote for adding zoning support to our American Standard unit. Phone rep adivsed me it would be an $89 service charge to get an estimate. Plenty of companies offering free estimates, no deisre to pay them for a chance to earn my business.

In response to business comments: It is still a quote request to have a zoning system added. IF your quotation team is not skilled in quoting this, then either train them or send a tech and eat that time as part of doing business. To tell a customer you will charge them to come out and give them a quote will gaurantee you never get their business when your competitiors will do it for no charge!

We received our spring maintenance on time on day promised. Very happy with technician that did the service.

Got a quick AC inspection, they were running a bit late but they were able to squeeze us in next day so it's understandable. They are approved dealers for new units as well, which might become important soon
