Rosenberg Indoor Comfort

Got our AC working during a heat wave. Diagnosed the problem quickly, it was working perfectly within an hour. Sane day service for us, but we have a maintenance contract with them which I would highly recommend.

Excellent and thorough job. Came on time. Love the idea of getting a report card of the work like one gets at an auto dealer. One question about ceiling insulation which says (IF LEVEL IS LESS THAN 6", MORE INSULATION IS RECOMMENDED). Not sure that this means our ceiling insulation is less than 6".

Jae was great! He was pleasant, courteous, professional, and respectful of our property. He came on time, finished quickly, and gave our system a clean bill of health. We definitely would like to have him back for future service calls.

Melanie did a great job serving my A/C. She made several recommendations to keep my system running at it’s best. I will welcome her back for my next service! Thank you Melanie!!!

Derrick was thorough and pleasant. He didn’t try to up-sell me on anything I didn’t need. I appreciate his competent work. Rosenberg has always provided excellent service.

Joel was great. Professional and polite. He didn’t talk down to me (which I hate) when he explained what was going on with my unit. Instead, he fixed what needed to be fixed and made sure everything was running well.

Told us our filters were in the wrong location, we paid to have them moved. Once again, told us our filters were in the wrong location. Told them that was how they were, but insist they are wrong. Again, paid to have them moved. Next guy comes back and says our filters need to be moved. This time he also shoves a screwdriver through our heat exchanger because he said "it looked a little weak". Apparently I was a great opportunity to increase revenue.

We have been with Rosenberg for over 20 years and they continue to deliver outstanding service. Tayven was efficient and offered several suggestions of interest. He completed both A/C systems diagnosis in about 2 1/2 hours. He was very pleasant and professional.

My only issue was scheduling because they use a 5-hour window. I'm sorry, but my time is more valuable then having to hang around and wait when I have commitments that might be just outside they're timeframe.

Overall, I still stand by my commitment to continue using Rosenberg for all our HVAC needs.

I recently switched to Rosenberg Air for my annual Mx contract after having them provide a 2nd opinion on a recommendation provided by my prior HVAC contractor. I have 3 HVAC units with 2 being older than 20 years.

My technician Derrick is professional, knowledgeable and on time and paid attention to the small details like always wearing shoe covers inside. Communication with the office is easy including a reminder call the day prior and 30 mins before arrival. Price is very competitive. All files digitally sent.

Sean did my fall checkup. He explained everything he did. When I asked about my thermostat he reprogrammed it to what I wanted. Great job. Thanks for your help.
Update: Derrick did my Spring checkup. Was prompt & efficient. Gave me some great advise on my air intake & keeping water drain clear.
