Rosenberg Indoor Comfort

They have serviced the AC and heating at my campus for the last two years. They are professional, responsive, and eager to respond to our needs. They installed a new unit in our annex and were not only quick, but economical as well. I highly recommend them to any one.

As always, Rosenberg quickly and conveniently scheduled a technician to service our home units. The tech was on time, courteous, and fast. This is why I only call Rosenberg for my A/C service, and I never hesitate to refer them to friends and family members.

I am happy to report another excellent encounter with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort and Joel Prasse in particular. I called after hours last night (Friday) and everything got underway very quickly. The answering service picked right up and soon got a call from the office. The fee structure was explained very well and I was assigned Joel who was on duty. He arrived right on his estimated time and began to diagnose the problem. He identified the issue as a cracked condensate line and how to correct it. Joel did the beautiful install on this new 4 ton unit about 2 years ago, so naturally I was happy to see him again for this issue that was unrelated to that Rosenberg install. It is refreshing to see such a well run company and employees like Joel who represent them so well with his courtesy, knowledge, friendliness and experience. I always recommend Rosenberg whenever I can and appreciate having such a great company in San Antonio and technicians like Joel Prasse.

Called Friday to set appt was told Monday earliest between 12 & 5. No show no call was told no scheduled appt on record they did not know what happened. Set up for next morning, Tech was great, got quote approved, a 3+ hrs of work turned into 8hrs. Part in box was wrong Tech had to wait for correct part be delivered to him to continue work not sure time-line of when Tech called and part delivered but to me it was too long. Tech did finish the work and did great.

Derrick did a repair and gave me some great options for replacement as I consider upgrading my HVAC system. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this company
