The entire experience was positive. Joel, Mike, and Johnny were very professional and knowledgeable. They all took the time to explain the process thoroughly and answered my questions. They were honest, reliable, and respectful of my property. I really enjoyed working with Rosenberg and will definitely do business with them in the future.

We had to have a coil replaced in our air conditioning unit. It had been a bit problematic since it was installed only a couple of years ago.
It was really hot in our house but Rosenberg brought us a spot cooler because the part had to be ordered. Took about 2 weeks in all.
Part and labor was covered and Derrick did an excellent job.
Everyone was so nice to deal with from the office (Amanda, Ruby, Tina,etc) to the technician:

Had another great seasonal checkup of my AC unit with Rosenberg Indoor Comfort this morning. I continue to be impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of their technicians. Nyco is no exception. He was kind, respectful, very knowledgeable, and professional. I will certainly request him as my technician again. Rosenberg has my loyalty, and I highly recommend them.

I initially called Rosenberg from an ad I received in the mail for AC maintenance. But the service I received today from Tayven exceeded my expectations. He was incredibly respectful and you could tell when he arrived that he honestly loves his job. That’s also reflected in the level of detail and focus he had completing my service. He let me know his opinion but it didn’t feel like he was here for a sales pitch, which would be justified with my outdated AC system. I didn’t have to buy anything additional and it was no pressure. I ended up choosing to sign up for routine maintenance and have them come back for my heating service before winter.

I would like to commend the owners of this small business. Just this one advertisement and interaction has been great. You’re running a great business where your employees feel supported and that in turn creates a culture in which they sincerely provide excellent customer service. The many great reviews tell me this is not a one-off experience.

Timely and responsive service. Scheduling was easy and efficient. Received regular text updates on schedule of service. Tayven and Daniel diagnosed problem and fixed A/C unit quickly. They were both professional and friendly. Highest rating for service. Made it an enjoyable experience and corrected the issue. Highly recommend this company to others.

Service plan is a great deal. Quick turnaround for servicing as a first time customer, and very friendly, professional technician. Dealt great with my mini-zoo of foster animals in the house, and work was very thorough. Addressed questions/concerns, gave clear answers, and didn’t push unnecessary services. Robert was very knowledgeable and informative… another company said I needed a whole new unit which would have cost me $13,000… Robert’s recommendation was the unit was functioning but I needed insulation in places which made sense. He looked at my attic which the other company didn’t…I would recommend Rosenberg.. they appear to be an honest company..

Melanie did a superb job on my house. Besides doing a thorough maintenance of my AC system, she also gave me lots of helpful information about how the system works. Super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
