We purchased out new ac and heating system from Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. Shamare Richardson and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our old ac and heating system. They were very professional; they arrived on time and covered the floor area they would traffic through. They were very well organized. I had questions throughout the process and Shamare gladly answered them. He was courteous, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Rosenberg and this particular crew.

I like that my serviceman was the same as the last visit! The ladies on the phone are pleasant and want to be sure you understand your visit. I will use them again!

Have to amend my review. After the service I was quoted a new 7k system is needed to replace current one. I called Rosenberg to check my system again because it ran worst than before there service. Maybe something was forgotten to reconnect. First they made promptly an appointment and I took of work to accommodate it. Shortly before the appointment I got another call from a very rude lady that told me no one will come out because I was already told that I needed a new system. I asked her to have at least have my system running as it did before. She declined to sent someone out. I called a competitor for a second opinion. They came out promptly as well fixes the system and added some Freon and it runs. No new 7k system is needed. This leaves a sour taste in my mouth why Rosenberg things it it’s necessary to quote expensive system when a repair just can fix it. So I reduce my review to 2 stars

Staff communication was great. Shamare was efficient and worked on new AC/ Heater install all day. Answered any questions that I had and was friendly. I had a great experience with Rosenberg and would recommend to my family and friends.
