Spoke with Karen to schedule service appt/system check. Offered appt for the following morning. Received call from Karen about 10-15mins later, offering a new appt for this afternoon if I was interested. Within about 30mins, service tech Gerardo T. arrived. Gerardo introduced himself, verified i was the intended customer, and the reason for the visit. Gerardo was professional, asked about my concerns/issues, explained his plan and the processes he would be doing. After completing his diagnostics he explained what he found and showed me pics for understanding. Suggestions and explanation of current service and possible future services were discussed. Impressed with the courteous, knowledge, service and time Gerardo provided in handling my issue. Very impressed with my first experience using Blue Ribbon and recommend them. So make the call and experience the pleasant customer service offered by Karen and continuation of that along with the professional service provided by Gerardo or any of the service techs. Thank you Karen and Gerardo for your time and providing a positive experience.

Straight forward service with clear maintenance contracts. My technician was fantastic and he explained how to make my unit more efficient and save energy too. Maintenance is thoroughly done and documented with images that will stay in your file. The service appointment started on time as scheduled too. Plans are priced right and monthly payments are available. I think word of mouth is their best advertising campaign, I need to go thank my neighbors next.

I'm very happy with the service I received from tech Ron at blue ribbon. He did a very thorough diagnosis of my ac system, and was very honest to let me know it was only a blown fuse that caused my ac to stop working. He explained why it probably blew and what to fix to keep it from happening again. He was also very patient with all my questions and politely answered them. Thank you ron!
