The technician that checked my HVAC system was friendly, professional and very thorough. I appreciate the extra time he took to explain the issues. I will definitely use Blue Ribbon again.

Technician Avery did a thorough job of diagnosing and repairing the root cause of the condensate pan holding water (dead wasps in coil unit blocking primary drain) on our 19 year old Ruud 2 ton. He also installed overflow float valves on backup drain line and in condensate pan. While this older secondary unit has seen its best days this work buys us some time to decide next steps. Avery was able to come out first thing in the morning after our initial call late afternoon the day before. As part of the service he flushed the drain lines and inspected the coils, electronics and plenum and cleaned the outside unit coils inspected the electronics tested pressures and temperatures and provided a briefing on the data. Good skills. Good tools. Professional service. Will likely engage Blue Ribbon to do routine preventative maintenance based on this experience.

Our AC went out on a Thursday...they were there on FRI. Old unit could not be fixed. They left us a portable to help us get through the 100+ heat -- cooling one room is better than nothing ! Tuesday AM they were back out with a new system. It took them most of the day and Patrick and Manny spent all day in a probably 120+ degree attic. God bless them. I do not know how they did it. They never complained and always had a smile on their face. They answered every question we had. I provided them gatorade / Powerade and extra waters and would have fed them if they would have stopped to eat !! I have dealt wth other companies in the Georgetown area and we will only call Blue Ribbon from now on. I am serious ! Again, kudos to Patrick and Manny, to the ladies who answer their phone, to the sales person Marvin and also the service tech, Gerard. Everyone was easy to work with. This is a newer company based in Bastrop but they serviced us in Georgetown. They will be a successful business if they continue to understand the importance of excellent customer service. Also, this will post under my husband, Daniel, but I am writing it and my name is Marcella.

Thank goodness I followed the technician around and watched him. I had to remind him about 2 items he failed to remember. One was putting tablets in our over flow pan in the attic. He removed the panel, checked the coils, replaced the panel. I asked him about the tablets, so he had to go back and repeat the process to add the tablets. While in the attic, he made 3 penetrations to the plenum to calibrate the air pressure, incoming and out going air temperatures. I figured he would seal those holes. After finishing the diagnostics on the outside unit, he was packing to leave. I asked, " did you seal those holes upstairs" and he had forgotten. He went back up and sealed them. Said the system was fine and noticed no problems. I did not watch him entirely on his outside work.
We were out of the house for the next 4 or 5 hours. Upon returning, the house was warm, 79 degrees and the thermostat was set at 74. I called the office around 4pm and told them the issue. Initially they said it would be the next day, 3-5 pm before they could return. I didn't accept that answer. After holding for the office Mgr. they asked me to check outside by the unit to see if the shut off had been replaced. It was not, I installed the switch and everything is working fine....for now. I won't be using Blue Ribbon again.

Tried them for the first time today as my AC was not cooling great. Gerardo Tovar was the tech that was sent out. I must say Excellent Customer Service, Extremely Professional, And took the time to really explain things to me so that I understood what the issue was.

Gerardo Tovar made such a good impression on me that I will be recommend this company for years and years to come. True professionals are hard to come across now, so without a doubt choose this company they go over and beyond to insure your happiness with the service and understand of the service.

Manny Dejean and his associate Haiden were prompt, professional, and thorough. They arrived on-time and introduced themselves to me. They encountered some challenges during installation of my new Daikin/Goodman HVAC system but thanks to the experience of both installers I now have a cool, comfortable environment. They answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Eleven out of ten stars!

One of my AC systems has not been used for several years. I tried to run it yesterday but I failed to run caused by low pressure. I tried hard to get 24/7 service provider to fix it last evening as the enants would move in today must have AC work normally, but it seemed it's not small issue to fix right away. So I called Blue Ribbon this morning and Gerardo was assighed to this job. Gerardo was very polite, professional and skillful. He found the root cause quickly and figured out the solution quick. I'm so happy that Gerardo made the AC work again. Thank you Gerardo, your help is highly appreciated.
