Luis,our Tech Was very knowledgeable about the equipment and Knew exactly what to repair,and did it quickly and expertly. He is also a very Respectful employee. Thank you Luis ! Carlos and Gavin were the techs to replace the old with a new HV/AC systems. Both were very professìonal and knowledgeable about the installation procèss. Both were very courteous and very welcome in oùr home. THANK
Herrero was the service rep who came to our home. He was first class in his professionalism, his communication, and his service. He went above and beyond to ensure our system was fixed. He did an awesome job explaining the service that he provided about why our heat wasn’t working. He was transparent and thorough. I called Blue Ribbon Monday and they were scheduled to show up between 3-5pm on Tuesday. They were prompt with their text updates and personally called me every 30-45mn between that window to update me on the technician and a delay he was having on the service call prior to ours. We had dinner plans for 5:30 and couldn’t wait beyond the window they offered. They called and apologized and we schedule for today, Wednesday. I appreciated the proactive communication. Awesome! We signed up for the annual maintenance plan. Affordable, great service! Would highly recommend!!
When my thermostat died in the middle of freeze it got real cold real fast. Ron came out next day to inspect system, install new thermostat (I love being able to check operation on iPhone) and walk me thru instructions. And we are warm and comfy. AND Karen was so helpful and calm and sweet in the midst of my panic. Even laughed at my awful jokes after. I have contracted to have them tear out old and almost useless ducts/vents and to set new up ASAP
Dylan came to our house out about 45 minutes from Bastrop. He was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He provided us with all the information we needed to determine our next move with our HVAC needs. I even learned a little more about my current HVAC Dylan was very professional and would Highly Recommend.

Marvin gave me a quote for a new heat pump. He was thorough and professional and answered my questions. I will be getting more quotes, but aren't replacing my unit for a while.
Can’t say enough about this company what a breath of fresh air! Gerald showed up on time did a very in depth survey of our HVAC with photos gave us our options of the issues and when he thought they would need to be addressed then sent us a proposal. Amazing!! definitely will be having them back to perform the recommended services!
