Our system was installed by a company that Blue Ribbon acquired last year. I was glad to find out the original employees were retained--I think that's a good sign of stable, professional management. They communicated the status of the service person's arrival to me throughout the morning, and when Dylan arrived, he was attentive, courteous, and seemed to be very knowledgeable in assessing our system and fixing it.

Blue Ribbon did a great job repairing our older system. Ron Macy is an amazing technician. He’s professional and personable and explains all of the options thoroughly. We will definitely use Blue Ribbon in the future if we have other A/C needs.
