Highly skilled technician. Uses the newest diagnostic equipment. Friendly and explained everything very well to me. Had freon level checked as a preventative measure as we head into summer. Level checked ok, did not need to add any. Would definitely use Blue Ribbon Cooling and Heating again.

He got the job done quickly and efficiently, but took the time to explain to us the needed repairs .I feel like we were in good hands and I appreciate the way this company operates! The manager John came out and did a very thorough assessment at no charge and went over every option available from the lower to the higher ends. Prices were competitive. John was extremely knowledgeable and Halle to answer every question I had, and he even suggested ways to improve the setup when replacing it. I have no doubt their work quality would have been every bit as good as their initial meeting (I had to go with a friend who gave me a sweetheart deal on a low end system).
Luis was very attentive and provided me great communication. He kept me informed step by step while he worked on my HVAC system. Although the problem requires some major repairs, I fully trust Luis and he helped me come up with the best solution. Louis followed up and made sure the repair was working properly and I look forward to him continuing to service my HVAC system.
Service technicians was amazing got my AC up and working fast , also he didn’t try to bait me into anything I didn’t need and he provided me with information I needed to know about my unit. Blue ribbon is the only repair service company I will call
I was so impressed with Geraldo with Blue Ribbon cooling. I have never had a service person so knowledgeable who was able to explain and show me my unit in such detail. He even showed me pictures of his work after it was completed. Geraldo is such a pleasant polite young man to work with. I definitely will call Blue Ribbon Cooling for any future srevice. I liked the biannual service contract they offer. The service contract includes discounts for using their services on a regular bases which is proactive to prevent future break downs.i was also impressed with the office personnel who sent reminders and were pleasant online, not just a recording. Overall Blue Ribbon Cooling deserves a 5 star rating.
