Called late asking for help, and they offered to have a tech call me to try and diagnose the problem over the phone without charging for a service call. After going over everything possible remotely he came out and to test the system and done the failed capacitor pretty quick. He had a replacement on hand and was able to fix it in one call. The service was a little pricey, but well worth it.

Gerardo performed our biannual HVAC tune up last week. It was his first time to service our systems that had been previously maintained by the same tech for many years. Initially we were apprehensive at the thought of a new tech after a great history with a former tech. But Gerardo knocked it out the park. His inspection of the units was meticulous. He explained things in detail supporting his findings with pictures and meter readings. I dont believe our units ever had such a thorough inspection. Plus Gerardo was personable and friendly. Five stars for Gerardo! We look forward to him servicing our units in the future.
