Choice Heating and AC

7 years later and more money down the drain because of the terrible work of Choice. Jim is getting a bad reputation with his competitors who have to come behind him and fix his problems. And the problems every summer is a known problem with the system he chose. I've since learned they were charging a service charge just to flip a switch they could have informed me of over the phone that was caused by Jim backing out if his agreement to add another air return. Truly, you should use another company, not this unethical lout.

About 3 years ago I got the works from these guys; whole new system, new ducts, new insulation, ect. We had problems right away and they had to come nearly a dozen times. My wife wanted the system out but I worked with them. Big mistake. They had to rig it up some weird way but ultimately we have to do without AC for a few weeks EVERY summer since. I was concerned by the end of that second summer because my install warranty would be up even thought the latest fix just happened, but was assured they'd make it right. Oh, they are more that happy to charge me service charge every time they make it right. Most recently a leak caused damage to the ceiling near the unit...YEP, they didn't glue one side of the main elbow on the drain line. They have been up there a few dozen times and never noticed it. Been leaking a long while but took time to show below. More money down the drain because of Choice Heating and Air. And the owner was heard making disparaging comments about the cleanliness of our home...we were potty training a 2 year old and had several other reno plans working at the same time. Poor at their job AND classy. Run, don't walk away from these guys.

Ultimate professionals, and honest to boot. Never had a better experience and WOW, the new unit is cooling twice as fast and half the electricity. Thanks to Tony and his team for an outstanding experience. They are now my #1 go to for all my A/C and heat...

Tony was great. Had a stopped up drain on my upstairs ac unit. He arrived on time, checked everything out, unstopped the drain and found some small leaks in the secondary drain line that could have caused water damage and he fixed those. I've been with them for about twenty years and I wouldn't switch to anyone else.

Returned from vacation to 100 degree temps outside and no AC inside. From the first call to Rhonda, to Tim's assessment, to the installation crew, the process to get up and running again was quick and professional. Tim is a great person to work with.

Had an issue with my A/C where it wasn't blowing cold air. Tim arrived and had it diagnosed and fixed fast. I am in Cold air again. Have used Choice for years. Never had a problem. I don't call anyone else for my cooling and heating needs.

They show up on time, repair the problem quickly and charge a very fair price. I recommend them to all my friends and family. This is the highly ethical HVAC company you have been looking for. 10 stars.

Showed up on time. After 5 mins told me it was a transformer. Said it was $249.00 for part. I told Tony you are hijacking me. Looked up part on line and it was less than $ 14.00 with tax. Needless to say I paid the 99.00 service call and sent him on his way. I do not recommend Choice Heating and Air.

Checked my system, installed a new nest thermostat, was polite and informative. I've used them in the past and then too they were professional and polite.

Tony was great, very professional and positive. Was very carefully in the house due to raining outside, very respectful of our home. Highly recommend Choice Heating and Air to everyone!
