Tim was excellent. Answered all my questions, repaired quickly and cleaned units as well. Above and beyond service technician duties.

I called before they were open because our drain pain was clogged and was leaking into our house. They called me as soon as they opened and were able to send a tech out only a hour later. Tony was on time, very professional and did a great job. Talked me through the whole process and how much everything was going to be. Even showed me how to keep it from happening again. Will 100% recommend them to everyone I know and will call them anytime we need them.

We have used Choice Heating and AC over the last nine years. Always on time, always friendly and always gives excellent service. Today, Jim came out to do a service call (I always like to make sure everything is working as it should), he explained what he was going to do, answered all questions and explained pricing. I would not hesitate referring Choice to anyone. Great people, from Rhonda in the office to the service staff.

Tony was very helpful. He got the job done quickly, was clear about what needed to be fixed and was transparent with pricing. Overall I had a great experience and I appreciate the time he took to educate me about how to care for my HVAC system in the future.
