Rob Terry quickly diagnosed the problem (a faulty capacitor); replaced the capacitor and had my system back up and running within 30 minutes of arrival. I highly recommend this business for any A/C issues that you may experience.

When I called Terry's A/C and told them of my situation, Rob came over to the house within a few hours to give me an estimate and offered me 2 1-ton portable A/C units to help provide some comfort for my family while we resolved this ordeal. Rob has "tons" (no pun intended) of experience and was very honest. He really wants to provide the solution with the "best fit." Rob's estimate was very professional and detailed. He was savvy enough to deal with me via email and text messages, which was helpful to me since I was in the office working while juggling all these A/C details. I have worked with Terry’s AC for the past 10 years on both systems maintenance and replacements. They are responsive and professional, fair in pricing and always on time (or communicate if running early or late). In this age of shoddy contractors they are a pleasure to do business with.

Robert arrived as scheduled. Got right to work resolving the clogged drain on the a/c unit. Took the time answer my questions and gave some very helpful advice to maintain the A/C system. High quality service from knowledgeable people. I engaged Terry's A/C to help us out when we had problems with bad odors from our A/C. Terry's provided a number of options and we went with thier recommendations. Now use them all the time for our A/C maintenance. Terry’s A/C was truly responsive to all my AC needs. My representative who was Robert was truly professional throughout the entire process and made the process seamless. Called Terry's A/C, came out the next day, we needed a new thermostat, other problems were found......but we were only charged for the thermostat. We have been customers of Terry's A/C for over 20 years. Extremely honest, punctual and down right good people.!!!
