The technician from Terry's A/C was very thorough and knowledgeable. He carried out a routine check and tune-up of the unit and gave us some good advice on optimizing cooling performance.

I contacted Terry’s A/C & Heating explaining a problem I was having with water backing up in my upstairs sink. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was able to walk me through how to fix the issue in lieu of coming out and charging me for something I could fix myself. It’s rare these days to find a business that is as helpful and honest as Terry’s A/C & Heating. I will use their services in the future if needed. I give them 5 stars for customer service!

Terry was great. A/C stopped blowing cold early Saturday morning. Terry was recommended on our neighborhood Facebook page. I reached out and had a quick response (on a Saturday). Terry gave me a time and updated me when he was going to be a little late. He knew right away what the problem was and repaired quickly and monetarily painless!

Excellent Processional Service…Called Terry’s A/C after discovering a leak in my A/C unit. Fast response & quick diagnosis of the problem. The leak was due to an improperly installed plenum that needed to be replaced. Terry made minor repairs & adjustment to stop the leak. He suggested that I contact the builder as the unit was under warranty. I contacted the builder and submitted Terry’s complete & thorough diagnosis of the issue and was surprised that the plenum was replace within a few days. Will be using Terry for any future repair needs. I am in the process of contacting Terry for regular maintenance service.

Terry’s went above and beyond to help make our experience above expectations. They had to add support to my rafters to hold new unit and installation went super.
