Terry's A/C & Heating

I like using a family run business. When something breaks they first try to fix rather than automatically replace the whole system at great expense. Good people, on time clean up after work. I’ve used them for years and will continue.

Rob Terry is amazing! Rob and his family have been helping us with our AC needs since the late 1980's. They know their Business, are straight to business and reliable in todays business world!
In short they deliver the Goods!

We had two visits from them, the first was the service call where they came out to identify what our problem was - Mr.Kenny was on time, professional, excellent with my mother, patient, and very very knowledgeable. He was very straight forward and clear on what was wrong and what we should do - he also explained, very patiently what our different options were & costs. We had to replace the out door unit and the box in the attic (I can't remember the name). It took a day and a half to get the machines and took 2 (TWO) hours to replace them. That crew was amazing. Early, fast, clean etc etc. Everybody here was amazing. Afterwards Mr.Rob walked us through everything they did and answered all our questions. He also replaced a burnt out thermostat for us. I really can't recommend them more, I've already passed on their info to a friend.

Other things to note - they carry Carrier, and helped with registration of what we got with them( the warranty).

Recently used Rob for a/c repairs. As usual, Terry was prompt and effective. I have been a satisfied customer at Terry's for at least 20 years dating all the way back to Rob's dad. I have never worried about being taken advantage of. They are totally trustworthy and I have complete confidence in them and their ability..

Rob Terry was very helpful even before we hired him to do some work. Very knowledgeable about AC mechanics and system. Also reasonably priced and worked with our immediate needs when selling home. Would recommend him to anyone.

This place was amazing! The owner came to our home same day we called. He didn’t even have an opening, he heard my desperation in my voice and not only did he come out he fixed our furnace and checked on us and followed up again! He was professional, caring, provided quality service and really showed he cares about his craft and his customer. I will forever be a promoter of his business and his character as a person!
