Rob and Kenny were amazing. Our heating broke down when it hit 30s and they were very thorough in their assessment and testing. Eventually the problem was isolated (not common at all) and we got the heating back on.

They repaired by Carrier A/C unit summer of 2020. It was a very hot summer in Houston, Texas. I called them and set appointment. I had fans going in my house. They came out next day and assessed the problem, ordered the parts that afternoon and came back out the next day to take apart the unit and put back together that same day, with the new part. The cost was also very reasonable. I was impressed and will certainly use them again.....hope I don't have another breakdown anytime soon. They said they warranty their work, I believe for 10 years. We called Terry's AC and HTG to get a second opinion on our furnace. A company I was dealing with for years had told me I needed a new system right away and that they were having a furnace sale. I was ready to buy a new furnace instantly, but my husband wanted a second opinion. We called Terry's AC/HTG and they came out and told me my furnace was in great working order. I did not need a new furnace, just needed to change out the filters. I am so happy that I got a second opinion. I am now going to call Terry's for all my AC and Heating issues. I really appreciate their honesty and being able to come out to my home quickly when I called.

These guys are amazing! I’ve used them two times and would recommend them again and again. They showed up on time on a short notice both times and did a fantastic job. They know what they do and pricing is reasonable too.

Kenny is very experienced with HVAC units, he quickly identified issues with Capacitor and replaced it within 15 mins. I would recommend Terry's AC & Heating.
