Terry's A/C & Heating

These guys are THE BEST! I have used them at our home for AC issues and they took care of it immediately! We could not have been more please. I called them today because my elderly mom did not have heat. They came out on the same day as my call and made a quick repair. They are wonderful!!!! We highly recommend!

We had one of our A/C units go out on us. Terry's A/C and HTG was able to come out the same day (during the COVID-19 scare) to take a look at the issue, and give me a complete description of what was going on. My unit was over 30 years old and had reached a point where it was best to replace it. Although they did give me both options (try and fix, or replace). Kenny from Terry's A/C was great. He explained everything in plain English, avoiding all the industry specific terms. At the end of the day we had to get a new unit. Terry's had the ability to offer me an easy way to finance a new unit on their website. They didn't push top of the line, or items that I didn't need. We settled on a middle of the road unit which covered our needs, and had a long life. I was able to get approved that same day, and they installed the unit the next morning. Turn around time was unexpectedly fast. They were very professional, and Kenny did a great job selling without pressure. I hope he stays with the company, he's an asset and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Terry's A/C to anyone who needs A/C or Heating work.

Our AC died in the night, and Terry's was there by 11 am the next day. The problem was identified and fixed in 30 minutes (fan motor). Rob even showed us how to properly clean our coils for better AC performance. This was an excellent experience for what can usually be a very nerve-wracking issue. Rob was very friendly, honest and patient with our questions. If you have an HVAC issue, Terry's is the business you should call.
