They are always reliable. We have used their services for many years and are on a yearly contract with them. Cole did a through maintenance, was very professional, and diligent in his tasks. I highly recommend AC Pros.

Once again, AC Pros came through when we needed them. Joel was wonderful. He solved our problem and then continued to check things to be sure nothing else was going to present a future issue. And I love it when Holly answers the phone and says, "ACPros, how can I make you smile today? " She makes me smile by simply asking! These people are the best!!

We had an AC emergency and needed someone to come quickly to repair. After calling a handful of repair companies, we found 2 that could come out that night. Joel at AC Pros beat Samm’s Heating and Air Conditioning by 5 minutes (Sorry Guys). Joel was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He took the time to explain ways to maintain the unit on my own. We are very happy with the results and are enjoying our cooling house. Thanks!

AC Pros have provided maintenance and repairs to my AC & Heating systems for many years, including installation of a new system.

They have always been very professional in fulfilling their responsibilities. The staff ,from the office level. to the most experienced technician, has always been very courteous and easy to work with. The newest member of their team, "Cole"., ..is no exception, He is a most respectful young man, who was willing to take the time to answer all my questions , and addressed all my concerns very professionally. A very strong asset to their organization.

Joel came to my house on a weekend at 11:30 pm (on 2 hours notice) and only charged a standard rate. I told Joel he could come the following morning but he said would make the service call that night since I have 2 small children in the house. He said he wouldn't want his kids to sleep in a hot house and didn't mind making the late service call to make sure that didn't happen. Great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

Updated- 4/2020- I had my 1st maintenance today. Joel is a great Tech who is nice and very helpful. Everything went great with my AC Maintenance.

I met with Russ from AC Pros today. I was needing a quote on a couple of things for our new home we just bought. He was very professional and courteous. We went over the items I was needing along with some things he felt would benefit our home.
Updated 11/2/19- Francisco, Joseph & Joel all came out today to work on our AC, replace multiple parts, get in the attic, go onto the roof, level our AC unit, clean the unit, and address the heating issues. Everything is working very well now! All 3 guys were gentleman, explained everything well and cleaned up all messes. I'm more than happy that I called them! I also signed up for the yrly maintenance plan.

It was Saturday and my AC stopped working. Joel had three tickets in front of me and got here at 7 pm. Even though it was late, he was thorough and gave me options. I appreciated his efforts on my behalf. I have used this company for years and I have always been happy their service. They always show up and get the job done.

Had a bit of a rough start to a heating problem. We were dispatched a tech who seemed to have gotten a solution but unfortunately the problem arose again later in the evening. The next day they sent out Jason who not only stayed all day until the job was done right but he also brought a space heater to keep us comfortable while he worked. He also answered all out questions and concerns and gave us good info to use in the future. What started out as a kind of rough start to a bad situation ended up really good actually and professional. Would highly recommend.

Cole, Grant and Kevin were very professional, considerate and hard working. Cole explained what they would be doing and showed us the status. Then went over some things he thought we should consider doing in addition to what was planned. We decided to make the additional improvements. We are very pleased with their service. They work well as a team.

Also Jose and crew did a great job removing all our old insulation. I know that was a nasty job.

Francisco and Joe were very professional as well while installing the new insulation.

Jairo was very professional and confident in addressing and solving the issues we were experiencing! I’ve used A/C Pros for over 10 years now and they’ve always been courteous, knowledgeable, and timely in servicing the air units in my places. Always highly recommend!

We had both our AC units replaced by AC Pros about 6 months ago, and they were awesome! They cleaned up after themselves, were courteous, and really impressed me. A lot better than companies we have used in the past.

Today they returned to do a regular service check, and I was super impressed with the technician. He explained to me how to check and replace the filters myself if I would like to, and he explained everything so that I could understand. Again, super impressed with the service. The units are working great as well, and our energy bill has decreased greatly with the new units.
