Found a safety issue after having warranty work done that could have been harmful to my family. Thankful we found a professional company that fixed a problem before it was catastrophic.

WOW! I could not have asked for better service. My father in law was without heat and we had a freeze warning that night. The great folks at AC PROS came out to diagnose the problem, and discovered that the needed parts were a couple of days away. The service tech brought personally owned space heaters over to his house after business hours to insure that he has heat.

The day of the repair, they were there on time and got the job done less time than quoted. All for a great price.

We got an excellent service again from Ac Pros and this time on fixing our noisy AC. We had this problem for a while but Joel, the technician who was really an expert on his job, realized the problem and fixed it immediately with no cost to us. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent quality service.
