AC Pros

Been using AC Pros for many years now and have been 110% satisfied with their service, professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness. Joel has been the service technician who visited and helped our house out most over the years and he is fantastic help and person in general.

Sam was knowledgeable and experienced with my ventilation issues. He took the time to explain the problems with my current system and offer options for improvement. He was professional and likable.

Technician did a great job in analyzing the problem quickly and fixing it. The unit was back up in less than 1/2 hour.

We purchased a new XL20i system. We had great service from Operations Manager Chris, and entire staff. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service.

I called around 12:30pm and the AC Pros team said someone would come out between 1:00pm to 5:00pm on the same day. First, this is great because my family and I were in dire need of repairing our AC, which only blew air. Jeff Stevens arrived on time at about 1:30pm, quickly diagnosed the issue (a freon leak) and provided a quote to repair everything. He finished everything within less than 2 hours and we are a happy family again with a working AC. Thank you Jeff and team for providing such great value and work!

Joel was efficient, went right to work and knew what he was doing.

Great job on the installation. Both Osualdo and Ray arrived as expected early in the morning. They worked the entire day on the installation. At the end of the day, we had an awesome new system installed. Our system was 14 years old and I chose the time to replace it instead of having to change it if it had gone out in the middle of the summer. These guys take care of the small details like wrapping tape on the metal straps on the inside unit...keeps me from cutting myself when I am up there changing the filter. A/C Pros has done work for me since early 2000 and have always done great work. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with Samuel, he said he would return in a week or so to replace parts, and he was true to his word. He replaced the parts and tested the system after just a few days, EXCEPTIONAL Service! Thanks to Samuel and AC Pros. Job well done!!
