June/2022 - Joel did a great job getting our A/C system running again. It was a hot 98 degreed day and we called after business hours. He arrived
within a few hours and fixed the issue at a reasonable price. I've used A/C Pros for many years at my home and my rental property. I've always been satisficed with their service and their technicians.

There are ALLOT of HVAC companies and products. If you want the BEST. Call Russ and Laura Teager at AC Pros in Richardson. They will treat you with respect, give you a great price and stand behind their work. Put your investment in AC Pros, we did!!!

Jeff was awesome with his customer service and very friendly! He took the time to explain everything. We definitely will request for him again in the future! AC Pros communication was quick and responsive.

We purchased our unit through AC Pros and have had excellent service from day one. We always receive a friendly phone call to remind us when the service is due. Justin arrives on time and covers his shoes with protective footwear even though we say it is not necessary. They are always polite, respectful and let us know if anything is amiss, even if it has nothing to do with the actual air conditioner - eg. squirrel damage in the attic.

The tech came out at night, was very professional, pleasant and discovered the problem quickly and fixed it. The charge was reasonable.
