Had Glenn out today. I went on line and sent service request to other repair companies and they did not bother to respond. Kingwood air called and set an appt. Parts were readily available, very knowledgeable and he brought to my attention the unit was out due to lightening strike on tree in my backyard,that hit the ac unit outside and burned out the low voltage parts of the unit. I have used Kingwood air in past and will use them again! Thx

Excellent job trouble shooting and repairing my system. The technician was very professional and was finished within 30 to 45 minutes. I might add that he worked in very limited space in my attic…..Great job and thank you.

The day before Labor Day our AC stopped working, we were worried since we had a new baby in the house. I wasn't expecting a call back for at least a few days. On Labor Day, at 7:56am, I got a call back from Kingwood Air Solutions. Not only that, Mikey came out, did a full inspection on our unit, including troubleshooting the whole gambit before explaining our compressor had failed...on Labor Day. Long story short, we needed a new outside unit and some new hardware installed. However, they literally had a 3 day turnaround on the entire overhaul...something I was expecting would take several weeks. They even raised our outside unit without me mentioning it due to some of the flooding we got due to Harvey.

Above and Beyond is how I describe our experience. A family owned business who understands families so well they bring over temp AC units and window units so my daughters and wife could stay cool and comfortable, having a carpenter follow up the next day after install to rework some aesthetics, and stuff like adding a new thermostat as a free upgrade...it's stuff like that why I'll always call them anytime I have AC issues. They know Kingwood, they know families, and they most certainly know excellent service. Thanks guys, my AC has never worked better since you put your hands on it.

Bryan and Kingwood Air Solutions have been my go-to guys for well over ten years now. Inside unit replacement in my first house, condensing unit replacement in my second house and now a minor repair & recharge the other day in my third home. We've used Kingwood Air Solutions for a few years now. They are always courteous, on time, and willing to give explanations /education. They are cost conscious and lay out all the options we have. I'd recommend them to anyone in town. It can be daunting to need home repairs, but I've always felt we were in good hands.
