I should contact your office again and again, why? because you have such an awesome and best service to your clients. So good to have a great service experience from these guys! The technician was here on time, professional, and very considerate from start to finish. The air duct cleaning work was done on time to my satisfaction. Everything about the experience was great.

George was a great help! He explained what he thought was going on with our AC System and then gave us options for possible repair. His attention to detail was wonderful. He explained it in a way that my wife and I could understand. He won our trust in less that 30 minutes and had the parts in and the AC system back up and cooling the next day. Special thanks George!

Timothy from Rizzo Heating and Air Conditioning arrived early and very promptly. He diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner in my condo immediately upon arrival and fixed the issue right away. During the repair, he realized a problem which we never knew and he fixed it without any additional charges. Highly recommended.

these people are crooks. They belong in jail. Charged us an ungodly amount of money, sent out a guy who's favorite line is that's not my job. Managers won't take calls. Front office refuses to let you talk to anyone with authority. The scheduling is all over the place. And after all that the problem wasn't fixed., I've had to contact my lawyer and a new company to try and get some of my money back. After thier boondoggle of a job.

Thanks Matt for responding to our SOS and arriving at our home within an hour of the phone call. Issue remedied in less than 30 minutes as he is knowledgeable and prepared with parts on the truck. Unit under warranty minimal charge. They installed our HVAC system in 2012 and with the exception of PM services; this is 1st time we needed to call him back! The service technician Timothy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Timothy helped me solve a problem that had been caused by another repairman who worked for another company. He explained what had been done by the other guy and answered all my questions. I chose Rizzo Heating and Air Conditioning by it’s good google reviews. I made the right choice. The heat was out. I called and the owner said he would be right over. I was expecting a wait since it was late. Problem was fixed. It was an easy fix and not too costly. We all slept warm that night!!

Super nice in explaining what needed to be repaired. Eugene was on time and he worked fast. My AC needed 3 things repaired and he fixed it all and got it running under a hour.
