I had an emergency AC problem during the worst (I hope) of the heat wave. KAS had someone out to investigate the day I called. Price was significantly less than I had feared, and the gent who did the work left no trash in my attic - a first in my experience!

Very professional and friendly. On time and quick but through with their assessment. Reasonably priced. Don't feel like I was cheated or lied to about what needed repaired.

The technician was very professional. We were given a window of time for his arrival. He contacted us early in the window to let us know he was on the way. I have used this company for over 20 years. They have wonderful customer service and great prices. I highly recommend them.

Professional and thorough. Polite and willing to explain at my level how to best care for my AC unit. Did not try and sell me something I didn’t need. Definitely will use them again.

Kingwood air solutions has been servicing my AC and heating units for five years. They are always on time for their appointments and provide additional maintenance only when necessary. Justin, who came out to the house on this call was excellent and provided some helpful information to keep our system running at peak efficiency.

Update 06/24:
AC was not working at all so I called KW Air Solutions and Chris came out and found the pan to be full. It took him 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. He was so nice and knowledgeable.The price was spot on too! I have been using them for the past 4 years and I will only use KW Air Solutions for my AC and heating needs. Family owned and operated. I highly recommend them.

AC was not cooling as it should. Taylor with Kingwood Air Solutions came out and was very informative about my AC . I had alot of questions and he answered them all. He was very courteous and patient. What I really appreciate is the courtesy call before he came out. I made sure to get one of his cards so I can ask for him specifically if needed. I would definitely use them again.

Office personnel clear and knowledgeable and tech Justin answered my questions and explained things to me as he worked. I’m very pleased.
