We replaced our 21 year old a/c and heater and Able and his crew did a great job. Fred prepared the quote and followed up on the installation. They were professional, on time and polite.

Raymark had previously done repairs and maintenance and repairs for us and we were happy with the quality and cost of their work. This is why we had them do this job and we are happy with our decision.

The original unit had been poorly installed and was hanging from the rafters with ductwork laying all over the place. They removed the old unit and built a proper deck and plenum for new unit. The ductwork was rerouted for proper airflow and completely sealed.

We recently upgraded and replaced both of our air conditioning systems. The team led by Abel decommissioned and installed both units in a single day. The team was courteous and professional. As much as we hated to upgrade the units the price and value was well worth it.

I was told that I needed a 5 ton unit $7000 installed they cut my rafters 5 total weaked the roof was told they would install a return air in master bedroom now I have one on each side of the bedroom door they didn't leavel the drain pan so the unit was dumping water down the air return had to replace the hall floor hardwood flooring 2100 to replace them called them back out to check the unit and refuse to come back out would not recommend this company to anyone

My ac was low on Freon and my coil had frozen over, so I called these guys and they came out and filled it up for me and everything thing was fine until it would get hot outside and my ac could not keep up, I then started to notice that the ac unit would shut off every 2-5 minutes and make a strange noise every time, I then had my dad come over with his gages to check it out and he said that the guy had put way to much Freon in it and we had to let most of what he put in out, my ac still make a strange noise on start up but that house stays cool now. I would normally not make a review but I had contacted the company and tho the employees were nice two different people stated that I needed to speak with the owner but he was on vacation and he would call me when he got back, it’s been over 2 months now and no call. I don’t care about getting anything I just want to make sure that people are properly trained and not costing anyone more money!

I use Raymark for my home and business. I'm always treated with respect and courtesy. The on call tech even told me how to fix my A/C once when i described the problem to him on the phone (Capacitor) saving me a service call and money. For honest and reliable service i highly recommend. I have too many good stories about them to publish here.

I love Raymark AC & Heating. They always take care of my ac needs. They came out and replaced all the duct work and vents in the house in one day. They were on time and cleaned everything up when they left. The air flow is amazing!

Have had to have a unit serviced several times before it was finally fixed. The tech took a long time and was talking on his phone to other people (not work related).
On the final day that he came to fix the problem, he accused us of taking or misplacing one of his tools. He then threatened to call the police and press charges if we did not investigate through video cameras or turn up the tool. We told him we weren't obligated to keep an eye on his own tools, and he then got his supervisor on the phone who said they would BILL us the price of the tool if it wasn't found!!!
The technician looked around some more and eventually found his tool which he misplaced.
