We chose not to use this business. We tried to contact them about one of their drivers. If a business does not care that one of their drivers is swerving and swaying and nearly hitting our vehicle and an 18-wheeler then they do not show an expectation that we require. They never bothered to reach out to us to say that they received the message.

HB did poor quality work. They installed the unit where you are not able to replace the filter. The other filters had screws interfering with the removal of the filter. I asked them to come back to look at the poor workmanship but, they never came back. I would never recommend them to anyone.

First time ever having air ducts cleaned and our technician was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. He found mold and was able to treat it the same day. Choosing this company for air duct cleaning was the best thing, they were very reasonable with the price. I highly recommend this company we were very satisfied with the work done!!

Horrible service and horrible work on the job I had to call another company to fix the damage they did to my ducts
